At its flagship store on Graben, the traditional fur fashion boutique Liska offers its cosmopolitan visitors a truly exclusive shopping experience.
For fashion-conscious Viennese and visitors to Vienna, Graben – one of the old town’s most beautiful promenades and shopping streets – tops any must-see-list. A stop at the renowned fur fashion boutique Liska should not be missed.
Liska on Graben is a striking adventure world of fashion on three floors. Fur pieces by in-house designers as well as international couture – including some of the latest trend-setting items – are presented here, and customers quickly forget all about the other attractions the Austrian capital has to offer.
Shopping at Liska on Graben is a unique experience. The renowned architect Adolf Krischanitz designed the 600 m² retail space as a work of art celebrating fashion, lifestyle and architecture. “Entering our boutique should be an aesthetic experience for our customers,” explains Robert Liska. It is flagship stores such as Liska on Graben that make Vienna an international fashion capital. In addition to the main shop on Graben, Liska continues to run its original shop on Hoher Markt, also in Vienna, where the design studio and the furrier workshop take centre-stage: they are located at the heart of the showroom, and customers can watch the latest fur creations being made. In addition, the business has expanded beyond the Austrian borders. Liska now also operates branches in Budapest and Bratislava. Customers who prefer to shop from the comfort of their own home are welcome to use the online shop.
The traditional Viennese business is future-oriented and actively creates new trends in the (fur) fashion world. But Aron Liska (3rd generation) assures that the family roots will never be forgotten: “We always strive to redirect our customers’ gaze towards our greatest strength: genuine craftsmanship.”
